A small Canadian manufacturer for beauty brands.
MC3D designs and manufactures branded accessories for soap, skincare and hair care brands. We make all of them in Canmore, Alberta. We're a two-person company, so the person who designs your piece works beside the machine that makes it.
It started with one shampoo bar.
Rocky Mountain Soap Co. was launching a solid shampoo and needed somewhere for the bar to live in the shower. We designed a shelf around it, handed them a branded sample, and made the first 1,000 units once they approved it. They sold through in a month. That shelf is now past 5,000 units and a standing order. (The full story.)
That launch nearly went ahead without a shelf. The usual route for a new accessory is an overseas factory, a mould, a 5,000-unit minimum and three months on a ship, and most growing brands decide it isn't worth it.
MC3D is built around a shorter route: a free design, an approved sample, 50 units, all made in Canada.

Sam
Runs design, production and fulfilment. Sam turns your product's dimensions into a working design, makes your sample and runs your order on our own machines.

You see it before you pay
Design and your branded sample are free. You pay nothing until you've held the sample and approved it.
Start small
Runs start at 50 units. We'd rather you reorder than sit on stock you didn't need.
Design for water first
Anything that holds soap has to drain, dry and rinse clean. We solve that first, then the look.
One price, in writing
Your pilot price is your reorder price for 12 months. No tariff surcharges and no surprise re-quotes.

Making everything here means couriers instead of containers, a designer in your time zone who answers the phone, prices that don't move with tariffs, and a made-in-Canada story your customers and retail buyers notice.
